FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Krish London is based in central London where we have a core team of staff and our professional editing facilities, however our videographers and photographers are willing to travel within UK. Our editing services are not location dependent, so these are available to Clients anywhere in the UK – or indeed the world.

  • Yes, after your booking is confirmed and a team member is assigned, they will contact you within a few days to introduce themselves and gather detailed planning information. If your booking is made further in advance, your project will be assigned around a month beforehand. In this case our team will be in touch then.
  • No problem, you can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the event date for a full refund. If however, we’ve already started work or there is less than 48 hours before the project start time, an admin fee will apply. In all other cases, you can change your booking without penalty, subject to availability and the cost of any upgrades requested.
  • Yes we certainly can. We offer full studio editing services backed by our in-house facilities. Rates are from £49/video and we offer fixed charges for a wide range of popular options. You can book editing at the same time as photo or videography or separately at a later stage.
  • Yes, you certainly can make a booking up to 48 hours beforehand. However, please be aware our videographers and photographers are subject to availability and our diary gets very busy, so we recommend booking at your earliest opportunity. This also helps avoid hasty last minute instructions.
  • Yes we certainly do, however each service is provided by a separate dedicated professional. We don’t compromise standards by having a crew member ‘multitask’ between roles. As tempting as it may sound, the results are never as good or reliable. For professional standards it’s essential to be fully focussed on one creative discipline at a time.
  • Our rates are all inclusive in London. If additional travel is required as part of your project, such as travelling outside of London or between multiple locations we will pass on expenses.
